NTR* 210 - Nutrition Internship I 3 credits Offered: Summer Introduces basic skills and competencies in the delivery of food and nutrition care through classroom theory, clinically supervised practice and simulations/hands-on lab. Students are required to complete 150 hours of supervised practice in food service, clinical and/or community nutrition programs. Prerequisite(s): NTR* 103 , NTR* 120 , HSP* 109 , BIO* 115 , and MAT* 137 or higher. A minimum GPA of 2.8 and a C in all nutrition, science and math courses are also required for this class.
