Computer Science: Networking Administrator Certificate

The objective of the Computer Science Network Administrator Certificate is to prepare students for an entry-level position in information technology as a Network Administrator. This certificate addresses the network administrator’s day to day tasks of installation, equipment setup, hardware and software configuration, and the maintenance of users and groups, and other network resources on a domain network system.   • Install, manage, and troubleshoot Client and Server software
  • Organize and maintain Windows 2000 Servers and Netware Servers
  • Set up and manage user accounts
  • Install, configure, and maintain directory services and network printers
  • Backup and restore data
  • Install and access remote connectivity
