RAD* 125 - Radiographic Imaging I 3 credits An introduction to the fundamentals of exposure factor selection and imaging parameters, this course will introduce students to the equipment and techniques utilized for radiographic imaging. Material covered includes image receptors, the x-ray tube and circuitry, x-ray production, prime factors, exposure factors, exposure factor selection and technique charts. Supervised laboratory sessions utilizing energized radiographic equipment will reinforce concepts and allow for hands-on learning. Lecture Hours: 3 Corequisite(s): RAD* 105
